Reservation Wanted: 2 rooms WDW - Sept

I cannot pay $9/pt or more, cannot afford it for our group.
We are in Canada and have to take the exchange into account.
We will only be going on a vacation this year if we can find something affordable (we haven't been on a real vacation in 5 yrs, lol).

Price I'm looking for:
Honestly, as close to cost as possible, I don't mind paying a bit more for your time to make the reservations and such.
I know that most cannot do this, but if you have points that you will not be using and just want to get your money back for it, than your the one I'm looking for

What I need for a reservation:

Would love to be considered a "guest" instead of a "renter", lol.
Room break down: 2 adults in one (need 2 beds), 2 adults and a 2yr old in another (one queen or king is fine).
-2 value rooms in any WDW resort 4 nights, Sept 6th-10th
-transfers

Option 1 (preffered):
Room break down: 2 adults in one (need 2 beds), 2 adults and a 2yr old in another (one queen or king is fine).
-2 value rooms in any WDW resort 4 nights, Aug 30th - Sept 3rd
-transfers


Option 2:
Room break down: 2 adults in one (need 2 beds), 2 adults and a 2yr old in another (one queen or king is fine).
-Concierge level rooms at Paradise Pier (cheapest conscierge option, we want it for the breakfast, lol)
