Reservation system

I hate the Disney reservations system. We noticed availability on Saturday so we bought our granddaughter a ticket. Got an email that says it’s being processed and could take 24 hours to process…….. um how do we make a reservation so we get on the phone
Call 1 1 hour explain what happen the girl says hold on never comes back at 1.30 hours get hung up on
Call 2 we are at the 1.15 mark guy says the people you need he will transfer me it’s only a 9 minute wait ya right it’s been 45 minutes and still on hold…. What happen to Disney it’s such a disaster

Been reading about this being the new normal. Not sure if it is staffing, demand or both. Likely both.

Good news, I guess. If you wait on the phone long enough, the ticket should be available in MDE.
