Reservation System Update Disaster

DH and I have annual passes and we also have old non-expiring 10-day tickets in our account. I always make park reservations on the website on my laptop, rarely ever log into the MDE app on my phone.

It has always been crystal clear that I've made park reservations for annual pass holders, and we've entered the park with our magic bands, which the CM at Disney Springs assured us was set up with our annual passes as priority.

A few weeks ago, I was making park reservations and the website just wouldn't work. So in a rare moment, I went to the app on my phone. When I was there, I coincidentally noticed our 10-day park tickets and it showed that we only had 4 days remaining. I know we had 9 days remaining with absolute certainty.

I also noticed that there is no longer a distinction for making park reservations for annual pass holders vs. ticket holders like in the past. The only distinction is resort guest or not. But I did manage to make reservations a month ago against our APs for some dates this week.

I had not yet had a chance to go to Disney Springs to get the ticket problem sorted because of scheduled travel, but just returned and logged in my account and it's worse than ever. All our park reservations have been wiped out - we don't have a single one. Plus, our annual passes are listed as unassigned.

Help! I know have to go to Disney Springs Guest Services, but it would be good to have some knowledge behind me. What is happening and will they be able to restore the days on our 10-day non-expiring tickets that were used erroneously? I know with certainty that we entered the parks on our annual passes. In addition, my husband has a one-day ticket in his account but it is showing as unavailable for a reservation at all.

It's like there are multiple issues going on here and I'm worried that they won't be able to sort it all out.

You are best to call Disney IT at 407-939-4357 as they’re really the only ones who can help with accurate answers.

Earlier this year, I realized I had some old 10 day passes that had disappeared over the years (We have had annual passes for quite some time now.). I sent Disney an email with the information and in all honesty, never expected to hear back. About 3 weeks later, I received a call from a wonderful woman who had spent an extensive period of time going through all my accounts and visits. She found 2 no-expiration tickets that had been used while I had the annual pass. She gave me a number to provide when I wanted to add them to my account and use them. She really was wonderful. It did take a while, so this information may not help you now but Disney was willing and able to assist with my problem.
