Reservation Round and Round problems

So I called today as my 90 window is open. Made ressies upto the 25th of May and now I am going round and round trying to find a CM who can do after then 5/25. We have 2 cell phones connected and they continue to try and transfer us without success. What a mess!!!!!!!!!!! I will update soon
 

I am there with you too, I have been on hold now for 1 hr 23 mintues. That is due to their phone system having problems and hanging up. This is so sad and very poor service. 1 time I was transferred to the travel agent line, long story about all the problems. Here hoping you get what you want.:goodvibes

I have sent an e-mail to let them know about the problems after I was disconnected 2 times.
 
OK I'm done. Only took an 1 1/2hrs to complete between doing part one, then multiple transfers until we finally got the right super nice CM. I will make a new post of what we got.

I believe the Travel Agent "Line" /Music is the right path cause that is what got us there.
 
Based on reading some posts over the past few days, I knew that there were some issues with making ressies after 5/25, but I didn't think that my family would have to make a decision of dining with the Mouse in May vs. going to church today! If I remain on hold much longer, we may have to make that choice. :worship:
 
OK. Now I am starting to get frustrated and worried at the same time. I got through right at 7:00 am. I spoke to the first CM at 7:06. She indicated that she could not assist me with my ressies since I was booking after 5/25 (new system) and she would transfer me to someone that could assist. She said that it should only take a "minute". She then came back to the line approx 8-10 mins later and indicated that they may be more backed up than she thought and would go ahead and transfer me over to the queue so I could start waiting. Since then, I have only heard the hold music.

Anyone else on hold this morning over 2 hours?

Yes, I've been on hold for over two hours. A CM keeps coming back and telling me that I'm still in line.
 
I gave up after 2 and 1/2 hours! If they can't do any better than this, then the magic is gone!:confused3 Right now, planning this vacation is not very fun!
 
Same here I have been on hold for almost 2 and 1/2 hours, glad I have unlimited long distance. This is getting to the point of really really bad customer service. I never had to wait like this with the 180 days. Guess they cut CM's jobs as well for dining Res based on attendance #'s. It really does make the trip planning no fun. I have cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, cooked and eaten breakfast all while on hold. Well at least housework is getting done.
