Reservation room request for BOG?

Hi all,

I have an ADR for Be Our Guest for dinner - how do you go about asking for a particular room? I'd like to eat in the Ballroom. Do you have to wait until you get there to request it, or can it be done beforehand? Thanks!

You can ask when you check in, but believe me...there is no guarantee that you will get that room. BOG is always at capacity. You will be able to go into each room, if you want, to look around. I've done that. But... I'm just happy when I can get in at all. Many can't. Each room is beautiful. Make sure you see the West Wing...no matter what the Beast says!

Thanks! I've seen the videos on YouTube, they look very cool! Since I'm getting a sit-down dinner, will there still be a long wait? We have reservations for 4:40. What time do you think we'll be seated? I wanted to make it early to get a good spot for the fireworks.

Although there is no guarantee, I’d think that a request for the ballroom is probably the easiest to have accommodated just because it is such a large room, particularly compared to the West Wing.

Odds are you will be in the Ballroom even without asking as it is much larger than either of the other rooms.
All you can do is ask when you check in.
