reservation request for grand vista

Anyone have tips for reservation request for grand vista? We just booked a 3 bedroom villa. I would like to be near a pool with a newer renovated room on the top floor. Should I just ask for those request or ask for a specific building?

I was there 10 days ago and started renovation of building 82, and checked back in tonight and i'm in building 82 and it looks like all the rooms have been updated. buildings 81 and 82 are our favorites!
