Reservation Question

Let's assume that I have a 100 point contract at BWV and a 100 point contract at BCV. Now, say I make a reservation at the 11-month window at the BCV for 1-week in a 1-bedroom - total would be 200 points for the entire week.

Can I apply 100 pts from my BWV contract towards this BCV reservation? Or do I have to wait until the 7-month window to make this reservation?

You have to wait for the 7 month mark to use the points from the BWV contract.

You could bank or borrow to get more BCV points for the reservation. The best approach is to book as many days at the desired resort as possible (BCV in this case) then book the remainder at BWV at 11 months. Then at 7 months out change over to BCV canceling the BWV days as needed. Wait list any days you need day by day. Usually the weekend days are easiest to get and the highest points so they are the ones to save for the 7 month window. One can also make backup cash reservations if desired.

...Or...You could borrow from the next use year on that same contract and book it all at the 11 month window.

And then bank your 100 points from the other contract to use them all at the other one next year.
