Sis, BIL and I are thinking about taking a trip from 1/1/06-1/8/06. We are hoping for an AP rate at AKL but at worst will end up doing the AAA discount. Most likely though, we will end up splitting in some 3/4 combination between AKL and a moderate. (Since we stayed at CSR last time perhaps POFQ). We would like too book sooner rather than later, so here is the question:
How should we book this to ensure that we have the availability that we are looking for? Should we book 7 nights at the AKL and then split it and downgrade to the moderate later (although it would be two reservations)? Should we book the split stay from the start? Or, should we make two reservations (one for 7 nights at the AKL and one for a moderate)?
