Is there a way to click on a day and see what’s available instead of clicking each restaurant individually?

Yes, you can do this on the app or website.

App has a plus sign at the bottom, click that then click check dining availability. Select party size, date and time and you should get a list of everything available.

on the website, under Things to do, click Make reservations. Again fill out the filters and search to get your list.

Yes. It works as pp said. You can enter date/time/size and search. I will show all restaurants available. You can also then filter by location, etc.
