Reservation question.

Hi all: I just booked for December. I wanted December 2 to 10 at POFQ, but it said not available. So I tried 2 to 9--still not available. So I tried 2 to 8 and bingo, POFQ available. Then I thought I would just do a split and see what was available for 8 to 10--surprise, surprise--POFQ!!??!?! What?? So, now I have 2 reservations for the same resort for the same category, Garden View. Has anyone ever had this happen to them before?

Yes, it happens all the time.

Happened to me for a stay this fall at POR. I ended up re-booking with a TA who was able to get me the exact dates I needed (and a nice discount).

It happened to me to with the Boardwalk. I had to call and get it together. Otherwise they could make you change rooms.

Yep happened to us at CR. Seems Disney likes the 7 day window when booking a package. We booked 2 separate reservations and then guest services combined the two so it was continual.
