Reservation question

We will be a party of three in November. I managed to get a dining reservation for 2 to Hollywood & Vine holiday dinner. I'm hoping that either a party of 3 will open or party of 1 for that day/time opens. If not, what are the chances that they will accomadate us for that extra person?

It's never a guarantee. You'll have to bump up a table size which makes it more difficult.

If it wasn't a special dining event I'd say you have a better chance. Since it's a special event I would have a back up plan.

I agree You need a Plan B if you are not able to get a correct ADR for the special dining event. I don't think you chances of them accomodating you to a larger table are very good. If there was avaiablity you could book it.
If you show up with 3 and they can not accomodate you will you:
1) 2 eat and the 3rd fends for themselves
2) You all leave and pay the $10/person "No Show" fee?

The only person who can give you a definite answer is the person who seats you after you arrive. And that's a little too late to plan for. Even if we said you had a 99.9% chance, what would you do if you were that 1 in a 1,000 that got turned away? Personally, for a special even like this, I'd give you about a 20% chance of being accommodated; 80% chance of being turned away.
