If I book a room and then discounts are released, can I apply that to my reservation?

You will need to call. They will cancel your reservation and rebook with the discount. This is because they are only so many rooms allotted for each discount.

Yes, IF the resort/room category you have booked is included in the discount and there is availability at the resort. Discounts are released to fill rooms so only a limited number of rooms are available with the discount. You will need to call to have the discount applied. Having a room already booked won't guarantee that you'll be able to apply the discount so it is best to call as soon as the special is released. If your room category or resort isn't included you will have to decide whether you want to change to take advantage of the special.

Your reservation will not be cancelled and re-booked unless you are going from a room only to a package reservation or vice versa to take advantage of a special offer. In this case you can book the special and cancel your current reservation. It will require a new deposit because room only and packages are booked by different offices and monies are not transferred between them.

If the special applies to your current room only reservation, your reservation can be modified and will not have to be cancelled/re-booked.
