I know that at Disney you have to book in advance for sit down meals. What about at Universal and IOA? Can you walk in and get a seat for a good meal? Thanks guys

Yeah pretty much...the restaurants at CityWalk get busy during the busy times but you shouldn't have any problems with the park restaurants.

You can just book that day or a few days in advance. The months in advance system like at Disney isn't the case at Universal.
