Reservation question

i was wondering why do you have to give everyone's name for the reservation if they only have the person's name the reservation is made in on the reservation paper you recieve in the mail? Also does it matter if the reservation says 4 guest when it is suppose to be 4 and 1 under 3? One reservation for 4 nights say 4 the other for 1 night says 5?

Every guest in the room needs a room key card, including children.

The card is required for those wishing to use Extra Magic Hours at the parks.

Since the infant under 3 doesn't need a ticket to get into the parks, they won't need a room key card either.

That is why i was wondering if it mattered that on one they put 4 guests and on the other they put 5......
