reservation/point question

I'm planning ahead for Dec. 2005(4th, 5th , 6th). I own at BCV and VWL. I want the first 3 nights at VWL in a 1 bedroom (66 points). I have 62 2005 points left. That would give me 3 studio nights/ or 2 1bedroom and 1studio night (56 points). Here's my question.... When can I borrow from my 2006 pts to book for this trip. I have a Feb. use year. Do I have to wait until Feb. to borrow 4pts for this trip? If so, should I book 2nights in the 1 bedroom and 1 in the studio and then try to switch in Feb for that one day.... or book all 3 in a studio and try to switch them at once. OR,,, Should I call Byron and get a 25pt add on Thanks for the help

All points availability is based on the date of the stay, not the date of the reservation. So you can borrow from Feb 2006 at the 11 month mark because the stay is in your 2005 use year.

thanks for the info! I thought I'd have to start looking for that add on sooner than I thought
