Reservation Phone Number?

My future husband is trying to get a hold of someone at the Grand Floridian Reservations. He was given the number 407-824-1775. He has called many times since tuesday and gets the recording "We look forward to helping you, but can not at this time. Please leave your name, number, etc and we'll get back to you". He left the information and no one has called him back. He also sent an email to wdwgfplanning@disney.com and that came back as invalid email address. He has also emailed the "contact us" email on the web and got an automated response "we have received your message and will get back to you" but nothing yet.
We are trying to book the fireworks cruise and spa treatment. He spoke to three or four people at other reservation lines and they said he needs to book it through the Grand Floridian reservation line. Is there a different number or another way to reach them? Please help!

I suggest you call 1-407-W-DISNEY. Go through the prompts until you receive a live person. Then you can tell them what you are wanting to do. Lisa

Are you staying on the club level or have a special package booked? Making reservations through their personal itinerary planning office is a benefit for only those guests I believe. If you aren't staying concierge, just call the 407-WDW-PLAY number for the cruise and you can contact the spa directly for an appointment www.relaxedyet.com .

If you are staying club level, try this e-mail address instead WDW.GF.Planning@disney.com . You should have better luck with it going through. They are not always the quickest when responding to voice mail.

We are not staying at the concierge level, but we do have the platinum dining plan (which comes with the spa treatment and fireworks cruise).

Thank you all for your help and info. Someone from WDW called us yesterday (Sunday) and we were able to book the spa and fireworks cruise. The person also offered to send us a file with all of our reservations (dining and activities) and when we got it, we freaked out (well, I did lol) b/c some of our dining reservations were wrong. My future husband called the dining line and it turns out the person who did the file cut and pasted wrong and our reservations are correct. Whew! so it is all good! Thanks again for the help!
