Reservation not showing up

Has anyone has problems with finding their reservation on the Disney website? The trip was booked & paid in full on Thursday, and I still can't pull it up online. I tried to call WDW Travel the other night, and I was on hold for 15 minutes and I just hung up and went with a travel agent instead. Thanks!
 
I have never had any issues at all. :(

If you recently registered, it will take 24 hours and you should be using the same email address that you used when booking.

Outside of that, I have not had any issues. Sorry. :(
 
I haven't had any trouble either. The reservations always pull right up. Call again. Oh, do you have your print out from the mail? That might reassure you.
 
We booked back in May - two seperate reservations - and neither of them show up online. I have called about it sooooo many times and each time they tell me that the reservation is active but it always makes me worried.
 

If you booked with a travel agent you won't be able to see your reservation on the WDW website as the travel agent "owns" your reservation. Maybe that's the issue???

I think if they are able to see it when you call, then you are alright. I didn't realize that you had checked it this way.
 
I just made a reservation 15 minutes ago and I just checked and it is already showing up on the website. :)
 
I've had some issues with mine as well. When I first booked & paid for it, everything was fine. I changed resorts from ASsports to Pop & it didn't show up until I keyed in my resrvation number & phone number again.
Is it possible that your reservation is in there, just not associated with your online log in?
 
Hi! I had this same problem. In fact, my reservation pops up as cancelled when I log onto the WDW site. I called the WDW reservation line and was told everything was fine on their end so not to worry. Because I generally worry anyway :) I called, explained the situation, and got a great CM who logged on to the WDW site. She verified that the reservation showed as cancelled on the website although it was confirmed with their system. I also explained that I wanted to be sure I had something in writing before we travelled confirming our res and showing we had paid. The CM spoke to a supervisor and was able to email me an updated confirmation. The updated confirmation arrived within 24 hours. I would suggest that you keep trying until you get a CM that will either help you or go to their supervisor to help you. It was such a relief to me when I received our email confirmation! I will ask for another email confirmation before we leave just to be doubly sure but I know Disney can help you if you just keep trying! Good luck!! pixiedust:
 
Two weeks ago I called and made two separate reservations at the same exact time, and one of them I could see online immediately, and the second one I STILL can't see online! However, I have had them send me the email confirmation AND the paper hard copy of the reservation in the mail. I have no idea why I can see one of them, but can't see the other. :confused3
 
I book my own room only reservations with Disney, and I have NEVER been able to pull up a reservation on the website. I've tried using every phone number I've ever had, and nothing comes up. I just get the error message that says you need to enter the reservation number and phone number (DUH!:confused3 ). I've never had any problem with the reservations themselves - they show up in the CRO computers and check in is always fine. But no matter what computer I use (I have access to four different ones) it just doesn't work.
 
Me too. I can access the one they e-mailed me, but if I go into Disney's My Vacation, I get that same error. However, I recently discovered by playing around with it that if I enter my work phone number and log-in using my university e-mail, it comes up. I just don't understand why :sad2:
 
I found that I had to re-enter the conf and phone# numerous times before it would come up. Every time I got the error messasge, I entered it again. Usually worked on the 3rd or 4th try. Now it seems to work right away.:confused3
 
I was never able to see my reservation either. Everything is fine with the reservation, but I could never see it no matter what phone number I entered, etc.
 
I always have issues with this too. We have a package booked that came up immediately with our current phone number, but our room-only for the days preceeding the package had a separate reservation number and I could not get it to show up online. I tried every phone number we've ever had and it finally came up using a cell number that I haven't used for several years now. So for whatever reason, the travel division @ WDW that handles packages has the correct information, but the room-only division doesn't (in spite of me verifying all my current information with them). It's really quite frustrating!
 
Our upcoming December '07 reservation shows as two old reservations and as cancelled.

But, I have had a CRO supervisor connect them (which led to the cancellation which is now showing). Then in July I shortened the reservation. And last week I applied an AP code!

Today, I wrote an e-mail asking Disney to correct the online reservation display to reflect the fact that we were coming in December!

Well, at least I have an e-mail showing we do have a room at the Contemporary on the dates we plan to be there!

I guess there's no hope that Disney will ever get my correct e-mail address............
