Reservation not showing up on MDE?

Hi everyone! I booked my trip for Dec. 2nd 2017, about a week ago, and it's still not showing up in MDE. I clicked on the "Reservation not showing up? Click here to link" in the app, and when I type in my reservation #, it says reservation is already linked. But my only option is to view past reservations.

I did try to research online first, and the only thing I could find is that some people were having trouble getting their reservation to show before to 500 day mark. I'm at 445. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Are you using the App or viewing MDE through the WDW website? Many times things disappear from the App for some reason or another but are still there. Using the WDW site and see if it is there.

The app can only display trips which are within 1 year. You should see it on the website but your app will show it in December 2016

Glad to help. Just some information that you pick up from these boards and personal experience. Did not know about the 1 year thing on the app. Time to store that for future use.

I had the same issue for our September 2017 trip. Showed it online and not on app.
When I called they told me basically what the quote below says and she said they always suggest using the website when you are at home and the app when you are on Disney property.
