reservation not showing up in app

Hello all.

I have 2 resort reservations. One is staying at boardwalk and the other at Vero Beach. We are staying 2 night at Vero Beach and immediately going to Boardwalk to stay there. Only the Boardwalk reservation is showing up in the app. They both show up on MDE online. Is this a limit of the app? Or should we give guest services a call?

You mean the MDE app? Vero isn’t a WDW resort could be the reason. Did you try linking the reservation number?

That’s what I was thinking - the MDE app is pretty WDW focused, so I’m not surprised a VB reservation doesn't show there.

They both show up on MDE online.

Do you mean they both show on the DVC member website, or on the WDW (MDE) website under My Plans?

Ah. Yes I did mean the MDE app. I linked it through the website. You’re right it could be because it’s not a WDW resort. Never thought of that.

They both show up on the dvc website and the my Disney experience website.

Maybe, since the MDE app has to do all the LLMP, LLSP and VQ stuff, and the MDE website doesn’t do any of that, the website handles the VB reservation but the app is too busy!
