Reservation issue- r u kidding me??

Trying to make a reservation for the Wishes Dessert Party and what a joke!! I have a party of 5 & both the online reservation system and the telephone agent will only let me reserve 3,4 or 6 spots??? I thought we could work around and do 2 separate reservations.......nope..... Not 1+4 or 2+3 or 5.

Sorry to tell them that families come in different sizes, LOL. We tried to reserve 6 and cancel 1 but no guarantee that we'll get our money back for the one reservation.

Has anyone run into this? I thought maybe they only take reservations in even numbers but how can I get 3 and not 2?

I'm totally stumped that a company this big cannot compute a reservation that isn't that difficult. It's a head-scratcher huh?

I was just online to book mine for 3/24 and was able to book for 5 people. Not sure why you would have an issue.

I know, it is crazy. Just make the reservation for six and then call back in a few days or so and ask the CM to "modify" your reservation because Aunt Sally isn't going to be able to make it after all. I had to changer our reservation and it was not a problem to have my MIL taken off when she changed her mind about coming. As long as you have them modify before the cancellation time period it will be fine and you will have your money refunded. Good Luck!

I'm trying to reserve for Friday 3/2/12. Very weird.

As another zinger, I went online to book the 6 and the system says "please note, your party may be seated at separate tables"

AAAAAHHHHHHHH!! I don't want 6 in the first place LOL!!

They do that for every dining reservation, even for 1 person. It is targeted for large parties where it may happen, but the system is set up so that it always comes up.

I just tried for your date and there were no times available, but it did give me the option to choose 5 people.

so strange. the drop down option is there for 1-31 guests but if you pick 3,4 or 6 it says the time is available and gives you the reservation button. If you choose 1,2 or 5 it processes the page then says "sorry nothing available".

I'm still going cuz it's my Moms Bday but it just makes me laugh. Even the reservation agent and supervisor were puzzled. I'll call back to "modify" the reservation later.

Hope the desserts are worth it
