Reservation Help!

Is there a way to contact DU by phone? My daughter booked her cruise and wedding with an agent last week and emailed back requesting FCC be put towards the deposit and asked for her DCL reservation #. She heard back with the reservation # but no mention of the cruise credit. She has been unable to get a response from her agent and now her reservation can not be seen on the app and her stateroom is showing available on the DCL website. Frustrated.

Update: We did find a phone # 1-888-374-0494 and we were able to talk to someone who is sending the agent an email. Hopefully we will hear something soon. There was a record of the cruise reservation being released but there is no record of the wedding ever being booked. Fingers crossed we can get this worked out today.
