Made my reservation at Portofino for 5 nights but they did not send me a email confirmation, should they have? All I got was at the end it said print this page. this was on the universal web site.. thanks

The past three bookings online (1 December 08, 1 for Feb 09, and now for July 09) I have not recieved one email, I just wrote down the conf#. Then about one week before the visit I receved an email telling me about my upcoming stay.

I booked about a month ago by phone. The phone representative asked me if I would like an e-mail confirmation & I said "yes" & gave her my e-mail addy. She said I would receive confirmation within 48 hours, but I still haven't received any e-mail from them. Getting ready to go call now. I just like to sure that they have my reservation.

i have stayed at the on site hotels 21 trips now.

most of the time i do receive an email confirmation within 48 hours after booking.

for the times i have not received it, i call on the third day after i booked and request one.


call them and request to send the confirmation email to you if you did not receive one after you booked.

Just followed up on my reservation & found that they had my e-mail address 1 letter off, so that's why I didn't receive the e-mail confirmation. They're sending out a new confirmation, so just give them a call & I'm sure they will send you one too .

I had the same problem and called. They said it can take up to 48 hours for it to cycle through and post an email to you. After that you will need to check your bulk/spam folder to see if it went there. Mine showed up AFTER 48 hours, but it did show up. It made me feel better to confirm on the phone that I did indeed have a reservation.
