Reservation confirmation question

After making my reservation does Disney still send confirmation and information in the mail or only by email?

After making my reservation does Disney still send confirmation and information in the mail or only by email?

I booked a few months ago and received both email and snail mail paper confirmations. Be careful though bc the paper one went to my old address (from a WDW trip 2 years ago) and luckily the new occupants forwarded to me. I had updated my address in the computer system but somehow it isn't linked and I had to spend a bit of time on the phone working it all out. Something about how it it gets mailed by a 3rd party who didn't have the updated address. Anyway, just a word of caution if you've moved.

They usually send an email but it sometimes takes a day or so before it is sent. Thenre have been times when we didn't receive any email and I had to call and ask fro one.

I got an email and a confirmation in the mail. The mail one I got after we modified our dates about a month later. (We booked in April for our trip that begins tomorrow)
