Reservation child under 3?

I've got two boys under 3 do I include them in our reservations? They will not be eating off the kids menu, and will they count as part of our party (if so we will have 6, so an added gratuity if not we will have 4 adults).

Yes, they must be included. Otherwise, Disney has no idea how big of a table you need and they have to watch overall occupancy of the restaurants. You will be a party of 6.

They need to know how many people are in your party so they can figure out what table they will need to seat your family at to accomodate you, not to know how many people will be ordering meals.

It will also mean that you will be paying that automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 6 or more.
