Reservation Check

We have reservation the first week of Nov at ASMu.

Can I call the hotel directly to make sure they have our reservation and everything is ok that day we are to arrive. The reason I am asking was that the last time we went on vacation (not disney) and got to the hotel some how are reservation got deleted canceled or something.

So this time I just want to make sure before we leave and get to our hotel that everything is ok. I didn't make our reservation through disney we got a package vacation with our airline. They told us that they send in the reservation to disney a few days before arrival. So I should be able to call disney that day to make sure everything is ok, right???

There is a hotel number on the back of your resevation. You can call that number or you call CRO.

Just remember to pack your paperwork and take it with you.
