Reservation and ticket transfer question

Hi! We bought 8 tickets and made reservations for this week under one account (tickets show in this app account and reservations in online account, printed codes). One of our party now may not be able to go. My questions

1. Will their ticket still be good for a while (says Dec 2022 on ticket when I printed out a copy) as long as it's not scanned at the gate? Do I need to cancel that single reservation if they don't go? In my online account it just says "cancel reservation" below all 8 names, I don't want to lose the others!
2. I actually want to move 4 of the tickets to one of our party's account but couldn't get through to Disneyland and never got an email response. Is talking to a human the only way, I also couldn't see a way to transfer the reservation codes (or is a print out ok). Thanks!
