Reservation and account question

Hello.
Our MDE account is under my name. I made reservations for my husband and son for July and I put the reservation under my DH's name since I won't be there when they check-in. On a web browser, all resort, dinning, park tickets shows on the MDE. But on the MDE iphone app, none of these are showing. When I tried linking the confirmation number, it says the reservation is already linked to my DH's account. He doesn't have an account. I called support and she doesn't know what's going on either.

Has this happened to anybody else? Thanks.
 
The app is glitchy. Try totally logging out of the app and then back in.

For a while my app was only updated through March 22nd. I had made changes after that date that didn’t appear. After a few days of loggin out/ in it finally refreshed.

I not only logged out. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Still zilch!
