I have to write a paper on an environmental issues for one of my classes...I chose to do alternate forms of farming...DOes anyone have the transcript to "Listen to the Land" or can point me in the direction of some useful sources that could help me? Thanks

If you have plans to visit WDW before your paper is due, take the Behind the Seeds tour. They do a fabulous talk on alternative growing medium. I did a Masters project on hydroponics and got a lot of great info from the tour. The guides are quite knowledgeable.
