Resale value higher at BCV

Stormalong Bay. BCV also is one of the smallest DVC regarding # of units. It can be hard to get into at the 7 month mark. Great location as well-you can walk to Epcot or the Studios.

The only thing BCV does not have in its favor is Grand Villas. And some villas have road view which really isn't all bad, considering other dvc resorts also have some villas with dumpster or parking or bus stop views.

I was exposed early to Disney’s Time Shares with the introduction of Old Key West but after a sales pitch I thought that it wasn’t for our family. I watched others as they were constructed and then opened but none impressed me as much as the Beach Club Villas with its location and size. We purchased while it was under construction and then added on three times and since our first stay it hasn’t disappointed us in any way. I think all who have purchased at the Beach Club Villas realize what a gem it is as do those who have stayed there which I think has keep the price a tad higher than other resorts in Disney’s offerings.

We bought initially at BCV because we love the location, SAB and the ability to book it at 11 months out. We added on at BLT mainly because it's location. We're in the process of adding on SSR through resale, mainly because of price & the desire for more points.
If you love BCV... buy where your heart is! The Timeshare Store is great to work with!
