How long after sellers' documents were received were you in the system and able to make a reservation? Thanks!

10 to 20 days, but it depends. The fact that you were told that the sellers documents were received doesn't mean that your Escrow/Contract docs were processed and sent to Disney.

Usually Disney needs to verify that the points are really available to sell and they freeze the contract, verify that the dues are current, and cancel pending reservations. Then your new account gets set up by Member Administration and finally Member Services enters the points for your account.
