Resale Purchases - New Perk Guidlines

I know it has been reported that buyers having no DVC membership card prior to the "no perk for resale buyers" went into effect in April, these purchasers will not receive a membership card.

For anyone that this applies and you have closed, did you enter you new membership number into MDE ? If so, did MDE reflect any DVC discount (i.e. purchase annual pass) ? I know you need your DVC membership card and ID to convert your AP certificate to the actual AP, however, just curious if MDE recognizes the new class of DVC member.
