If i were to buy a resale, what yearly point chart would I follow? The year originally bought by previous owner or the year I purchase the resale? Thanks for the input.
That's a little disappointing. Is there an increase in the points every year? It seems like under this system that towards the end of the contract, your points could get you considerably less than what they did originally.

There have been no increases in points, only rearrangements call reallocations which might increase one situation and decrease another proportionately.

The total number of points at any resort can not change. What can happen, however, is that they can be rearranged (within some guidelines). So, when something goes up, something else will go down.
For example, a few years ago, they adjusted weekends to be a little less which raised weeknights a little more.
So, when planning, I would take an average or use one of the higher point seasons as a guide in what it would cost you and go from there. This way, you would be covered with the changes that are allowed per our POS.

Look at it this way - if you bought OKW when it opened, and only could use the point chart(s) from that year - you wouldn't be able to stay anywhere else other than OKW, since the other resorts didn't exist.
