The choice of broker has little influence over how long the process takes it is dominated by Disney. Disney defines most of the timeline.
Sellers can sometimes take time to respond as well. Bare in mind sellers list their contracts without knowing when they will receive an offer or sell. When you offer seller could be travelling, or out of the country etc so leaving more than 24 hours for a response is prudent.
