We wanted to thank all of you for the very helpful advice, as you can imagine this topic is much more important then how to get a FP+ for frozen. We really appreciate all of you who took the time to post info for us. This site is awesome. We listened to the advice and placed in offer on a contract for BWV since we like to stay at Boardwalk area.
Seller accepted and sending docs now! I guess I need to watch the ROFR thread now lol. Thanks again this is me and my wife's first purchase as a couple so we are very excited.
