If I already booked my trip (yeah!!!) can I call MS and put in my room requests or does it have to be at the time of booking its for Nov. Im debating if I should request ground level at BWV for convenience or upper floor in hope of seeing the fireworks thanks

You can add requests at any time. I prefer to send mine via e-mail. Than it can be done at my convience without a wait. (There is a link for MS from the member website). They will send a "receipt " and than a "confirmation"
