Can you make requests at Jellyrolls? How many can you make? Will you have to wait for your song to be played? How do you make the request?

You can write a request on a napkin , walk up to the piano and stick it in the jar, along with some paper encouragement, preferably in US currency!!

How long you have to wait depends on how crowded it is...

These guys are always great! Even if they don't know the song, they'll try... believe me... I've seen it! :)

Can you tell me if Kids are allowed into Jellyrolls? Been to the World on many occasions, but never have got round to visiting Boardwalk, even though every year I say "I'll go this time"!!!

It's adults only, I think 21 and up. There is a cover charge.

:lovestruc I am so in love with Scotty. :lovestruc

Based on how crowded it is typically this time of year during the week, how many requests might they have queued up? Do they keep with the requests, or mix in requests with their usual set list?

They always have tons of requests scattered around on the piano. People go up in a steady stream all night long and leave a request on the piano with a tip. Sometimes you might request something while one set is playing, and they might put it aside because they know the other set is coming up and they could do it better. Or, they might not play your request at all because they already played it twice earlier in the evening, etc. They pretty much do the requests, but they do have a few standards mixed in that they always do. If you have your heart set on a request, my suggestion is to get there close to opening when they don't have any many requests piled up. And, of course, the more money you put with your request, the quicker it gets played!

Scotty's "Rainbow Connection" and Ray's "Baby Got Back" are always highlights of the evening for us. :rotfl:

Seriously. We LOVE hanging out at Jellyrolls. It's our favorite place on Disney property! We paid lots of extra money to take my mom along on our entire vacation last summer, just so DH and I could spend a few evenings at Jellyrolls while Nana hung out with the little guy!

"Rainbow Connection" done by Scotty is the very best!!! Love it. I went for my first time last month. With the exception of not liking the smokiness of it...it has become a big favorite of mine. I see many more nights there in my future.
But, you do have to over 21, you do have to pay a cover charge ($8), it does get pretty smokey in there, and getting your request in early is a good idea. Be sure to have lots on $1 bills and some $5's also. Those guys work hard and deserve every $ they get!!!!

I believe that doors open at 7, first set starts at 8.

Tuesday nights are the busiest. But, even on a Tuesday night, the first hour or so is pretty quiet, then it will get REALLY busy. On some other nights, even after a few hours, there were still only about 100 ppl or so in the bar.
