Requesting that all ornament swap participants~

Post under ONE thread when their ornaments are received..it's too confusing when there are multiple threads concerning the same thing..I mailed mine out to my swap buddy today..it's staying in the same state..so hopefully we will start seeing some "I got mine!" postings early next week..thanks for reading..everyone enjoy Black Friday!-lol

ornament!
Sometimes we're too busy to read all the postings
but we certainly do read our email!

What a week and now I just realized something....I forgot to put the card in the box when I mailed the ornament....oh pooh!!! I am such a putz....what should I do???? I sent it today priorty mail, it should arrive by Wednesday. Should I email the person and tell them its on the way....?

Lauri, I guess it did get lost...either that or my mail lady is being extremely lazy again. I just got it Sat. along with another package. I think she waits until she has a couple to bring, then finally brings them to me. I LOVE my ornament and the bear, thank you so much! I was excited to see it was from you

Got back from a holiday trek to North Carolina to find my ornament swap package waiting for me! I huge THANK YOU to Leslie (BeautyLLM) for the adorable plush Mickey ornament. I debated waiting until closer to Christmas to open the package (that lasted all of about 5 minutes...LOL!). He will have a place of honor on my Christmas tree!!! I mailed my ornament swap out yesterday and it is headed SOUTH.

Thanks you so much Deb S. (from MD) for the adorable Christmas ornaments they will be a wonderful and special edition to my tree this year. Also it was so nice of you to send Mickey along as protection. He will also have a special place in our Christmas decorating.

So I'm the lucky person who got the box without the card. Of course the fact that Cindy's return address was on the package meant I knew who it was from all along. (p.s. I got the card in the mail yesterday!)

Cindy picked the perfect ornament for me, with a little help from my CT cohort Leslie. Yes, I am a Mickey fan of the highest order and the Mickey 2001 ornament is as cute as it can be. I won't have a tree this year since I am heading to Orlando on the 22nd, so I am using an ornament hangar to display Mickey next to a pointsettia. It looks so festive.

Well, I received my package from JudySue and CheshireFigment and they are so mean to me! I have to wait until Hanukkah and then can only open one gift a night. They are all labeled!

Seriously, though, I am looking forward to it. It reminds me of when I was a kid and my parents used to hide our nightly present somewhere and after lighting the candles we had to figure out what room the Hanukkah Fairy had visited that day. The best was when we found the presents in the bathtub!

So, I have the gifts lined up in front of my fireplace in order of days I get to open them. Thank you so much. I hope you are having a great time in Florida and I can't wait until Sunday night!

I got my ornament today. It was the cutest little animal ornaments a Giraffe and a Tiger. The kids adore them and we are decorating out tree tomorrow so just in time...

Well I got my LBB in the mail today. I was so tickled to see it was from our one and only Jazzy Jeff. So I rush inside, grab a knife and start to saw away at the box. Finally.....I got the thing open. On top was a note(unlike in the box I sent to Jojoct) so I read it first. Now you all know how well Jeff writes, so I am getting all sentimental and Christmassy (is this a word?). I should have known by the line "I am sending you something near and dear to my heart" what it would be. But I have to tell you its been a long week and I needed a good bit of cheer and thats what I got. The cutest little AZ Diamondbacks Baseball ornament. Along with it also is a Towel and keychain. I giggled and giggled til I had tears. You have no idea Jeff how I will think of that moment of smiles and how much I needed it right at that time.This ornament shall have a special place on our tree for years to come, and remind me of a special Disney friend.
