I've never, ever encountered a Disney CM who has refused to allow a request to wait for a specific row on any ride at all. When our kids were very small, for example, we would regularly request the front row on PoC and IASW so they could have a better view, and were never denied. And when we ask to wait for the center section of Soarin' it has never been a problem. I suspect that all CMs have been instructed to always allow such requests.
I have always been more than nice to every CM I encounter at WDW. Doesn't mean I always get that back. Just saying.
I’ve only had it happen a few times that while I was being polite and smiling, I got abrupt and rude in return. In every instance, I went straight to guest services and reported it. It’s rare for us, but not unheard of.
Without fail, I start out polite and civil. I expect the same in return.
Agreed. We always ask for middle or top if they direct us to bottom. Never an issue. I will say we have been lucky. We almost always end up in middle so we dont say anything. Only if bottom.I’ve asked a couple of times and it’s never been a problem. They just have me wait to the side.
Yep. Unless you want to. There is no need to sit on bottom section. Just like you said, request middle or top. No problem.Always request middle section and never have a problem. Most of the time you just need to wait for one group to go in front of you.
