Requesting certain rooms - Seqouia Lodge, help!

I have booked through Fleetway travel 2 double rooms, both Montana but one is a lakeside, because of this i know we won't be able to request adjoining rooms but how do I go about making sure they are at least on the same floor?

Do I ask the hotel direct or should I ask Fleetway..??

also do i ask before or at check in???
This is called 6 of us going and I am organising the whole thing, eek. It's the last minor detail to sort!!

As your booking is through a travel company you would be best to put any request through them

You can contact your travel company about it. I would also ask it at check in. When you check in early it shouldn't be a problem to get rooms on the same floor. You can check in in the morning and go back after 3 to get the keys.

All sorted now Fleetway said not a problem...all is left to do is wait and see when i get there now!!!
