Requesting a Fridge?

We're staying at WL in August and I would like to request a fridge. Should I have my DU agent put that on the ressie, should I fax it in my request 5 days out or can I just wait until we check it and request it then? What's the best way to go? Thank you!

I had my Travel Agent request it, but also spoke to the Ops. Mgr. and Front Desk Mgr. before we arrived to make sure that one was defintiely going to be available. You can store it under the sink area at the Wl, and it will be out of the way.

We stayed at AKL last August and just requested it upon checking in the delivered it later that day. We were told to do it this way because the refridgerator comes from housekeeping. Hope this helps.

we request a fridge upon check-in and they have always been available - last year, at the ASMO, we had to get 3 different fridges sent to room (first 1 had no inside door rack and the second 1 didn't work - finally the 3rd was ok!)
