Has anyone ever had a chef sign anything? I thought it would be cool to have the chef's sign my mickey plate at Remy or Palo.

I had Chef Arnaud Lallement sign our Remy menu, we had a small group meet with him on the Fantasy which he visits twice a year. Normally I wouldn't bother with a chef signing anything but he does have 3 Michelin stars so it was a nice and rare souvenir for me as a foodie.

Chef Patrick has autographed Bottles of Moet Champagne Ice, which we purchased along with our brunch at Remy. They made great gifts. Cheers :drinking:

They had a guest chef onboard recently and he did the food demos onboard (Anyone Can Cook series). Many people asked him for his autograph at the end of the sessions.

He was a chef from one of the WDW restaurants.

or you can be chosen the family of the cruise for Palo - and get a certificate signed by the chef and everything.

Been There Done That, don't have a clue how or why we were chosen.
