Request

Hi,
I notice on some threads that people are faxing there room or building requests...When i booked our family vacation through the travel agency i requested a building for the All Stars Sport Resort...So my question is even though i made the request through the travel agency i shouldn't have to fax them or do i??

You can also make requests when you check in. The CM's are very happy to try and grant any requests you may have. We don't bother with sending a fax anymore.
