Request showing incorrectly

So I just did our online check in and our request is showing as ground floor. We asked our friend that we rented from to request village green upper floor. I'm 99% percent positive he did. He's always been great about that. Do you think we should have him call back? Should we just request at check in? Or is it possible for us to call the resort directly at this point? I know requests aren't guaranteed but I'd like to at least make sure it is correct. Thanks in advance!

In my experience BWV pre-assigns rooms so waiting for check-in will probably be too late. I would ask your friend to call or e-mail to confirm.

If you are not the member who owns the points used to make the reservation, you cannot talk to Member Services for any reason. Ask you friend to check the request. But remember, it is just a request and there is no guarantee you will get upper floor Villlage Green.
 
Online check in was made for regular Disney cash Guests, not the DVC. "Ground floor" is a request choice for them, so is "close to transportation". It's not showing you the DVC request but I would have your friend call just to double check with MS.

I am not sure what "request" you are seeing. DVC requests do not show up anywhere on a computer and so it is impossible for you to see any of your requests. If you did on-line check-in and put something in the box for "requests" you did a useless act because that box is inapplicable to DVC (it applies only to the main Disney reservations not DVC) and anything it might be showing has nothing to do with your DVC reservation.
