Request Help... King Bed?

Help!

Just booked our stay (AKL) online. We are trying to figure out how to request a king room. When we booked, it let us request a Pack 'n' Play, but nowhere was there an option for any other requests.

Do I have to call, or is there somewhere I can go on our itinerary to request this?

You will need to call CRO to add your request for a king bed to your reservation.
