Request for Disign not able to be filled

He everyone,
I made a request from Mandy, but she was unable to fill it before her trip. Can anyone please help me out. The disign was her Jake and the Neverland Pirates with the map and Jake. I need for it to say Cy and the Neverland Pirates.
