request for anyone going during the Christmas season

We were going to be going at the end of december but our 4 day trip turned into a 36 hour trip with an 8 hour drive each way so I cancelled it.

I had hoped to get the recipe for the gingerbread beignets and the Mickey gingerbread cookies with the chocolate dipped ears.

Can someone ask for the recipes for me and post then here? I am sure there are others that would like them. I can't find them on the web and would like Disney's recipes. Since we can't go, I'd like to try making them at home.
