Request for 2x2 pressed penny display labels...please

Hi,
I found these elongated penny displays that are 2x2 after they are folded. If anyone has time I'm looking for several designs. I posted a picture of the coin holder and a couple of ideas of what I'm looking for to print onto the coin holder. I have Avery 2x2 label that I'm going to stick on top of it and cut the center out.

I'm going to WDW in Aug with 6 children, 3 boys and 3 girls. 5 of them are going for the first time
As part of Disney goody bag I'm making. My goody bags are Frozen and Star Wars themed. Kids names are: Tyler, Etan, Ryan, Ella, Sophia, Chalotte.

I'd like to include 6 coin holders for each kid. I'm thinking 1 for each theme park, Disney springs and 1 for our resort, animal kingdom lodge.

It could be a simple design: border, location name and icon, and the year. If it could fit each child's name, great, if not no biggy.

Or if you have a better idea, I'm all ears.
