Request: Disney themed "words of advice..."cards for a baby shower

I am looking for some Disney themed words of advice cards for a baby shower. If you are unfamiliar with these cards they are very similar to what an autograph page looks like but have lines to write the advice on. I would like them to say "Some words of advice and well wishes for the parents-to-be" on the top and have a cute Disney themed picture or border on them. Also "from _____" incorporated somewhere either on the top as part of the saying or the bottom as a closing. The shower is for a baby girl and mom's favorite movie is the Little Mermaid but anything baby princess or Minnie themed would work. Thanks in advance for you help!
