Reputable vacation rental?

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a company they have used in the past, to secure a vacation rental.
We are traveling in December, and I'm interested something 2 bedroom / 2 baths. When I search on line, there are so many companies and choices, but I have no idea where to start! TIA.

Two that get the best reviews are allstarvacationhomes.com and floridasunvacationhomes.com
We usually rent directly from owners but if I was going to use a company it would be one of these.
Owners at Windsor Hills can be found on windsorhillsrent.com
Lots of owners on VRBO (Vacation rentals by owner). This is the Kissimmee area listing site:

I have never had a problem with orlandovillas.com
Most villas start at 3 bedrooms, you might consider a 2 bedroom condo with a splash pool.

We've had good luck with everything we have rented from vacationtimesharerentals.com. they have alot for rent at decent prices if you look.

We've had great experiences with All Star Vacation Homes . We've used them twice and we will definitely use them again in the event we have the need for a vacation home . They also have condos and townhomes. What you see on their website is what you get.....there's no guess as to what you're paying for. They are a little more expensive than other rental companies or private owners, but the service and accommodations can't be beat, IMO . I would highly recommend them .

We've stayed with Florida Leisure the last three years and we're heading back to our favorite home next month. Good company, been around for 15 years and the homes are always very clean.
