WE arrived here on Easter sunday the clerk said they had been sold out all weekend. We arrived at 1pm and were able to get into 1 of our 2 connceting rooms. There were many people staying here who had gotton it on priceline for 60ish dollars. We had entertainment rate of 75.00. I preferred this so if anything happened or we changed our mind we could cancel. The hallways to the rooms are "outside". They are not your cleanest. I would say it is like your "average" Florida hotel. The rooms are smaller then the mods I would say around 280 to 300 Sq, ft. sink is in the bathroom. Each room has a coffee maker and iron, Cable TV and PPV movies. Our rooms were a little on the "dirty" side after arriving fron the Portofino Bay resort, nut nothing we couldn't live with. The pool area is nice. They have a great kiddie pool and slides for the under 9 set. I did see garbage laying in the hallways and just looked the other way and reminded myself what we were paying. The landscaping is beautiful and they have a nice prommerade to the ocean.

Last year my parents stayed at the Hamptom Inn for 140.00/ night. It was immaculate. The rooms had fridges and micros however the pool was smaller the HI.

This place has gotten alot of good and bad reviews. I think you need to look at it for the price you are paying. any questions
